Photography Faqs
We deliver an average of 50-100 edited images per hour of shooting time.
Starting 2023, images are delivered digitally only.
Online viewing only galleries are delivered in approximately 90 days after your wedding/session/event.
We do not do sneak peeks (sorry!)
We DO take extremely good care of your images and make sure they are backed up several places. We treat them as our own memories.
We give you personal usage rights to post wherever you like, however we do not give away copyright.
We typically do not use a second photographer unless absolutely needed, and that is a decision we make on a case by case basis. A second photographer is considered a business tool and we decide when we need one. (just like we decide what lens and camera to use). We do not charge extra for a second photographer, and we may only use one for a portion of your day.
Albums and prints can be added on separately at any time for an additional fee.
Starting 2024, online galleries will be emailed only, and will not be accessible via this website.
We do not give out raw/unedited photos, nor do we allow anyone else to edit our photos.
We have full creative control over images delivered.
Videography Faqs
Must be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
We always deliver ceremony footage and toasts footage (if scheduled to cover toasts) along with an edited highlight video.
Starting 2023, footage will be delivered digitally only.
Highlight videos average around 30 seconds to 1 minute per 1 hour of coverage booked. (example- a 6 hour wedding will yield a 4-7 minute highlight video)
Feature film edits can be added on for an additional fee. Feature film edits are 30-60 minutes long depending on hours of coverage.
We only use licensed music.
We give you personal usage rights to post wherever you like, however we do not give away copyright.
We have full creative control over the videos delivered. Re edits will be considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
Video edits can take approximately 6+ months during busy seasons.
For our Social Media/ Content Creator coverage option, we will deliver all cell phone footage only within 24 hours of your event. This option does not include professional filming, it is cell phone footage only.
General Faqs
We require 50% retainer and 50% is due 30 days prior to wedding date.
We accept credit cards, checks, or zelle. We do NOT accept paypal.
We will sometimes allow payment plans, however please note, that with payment plans your wedding photos/video will not be put into the editing queue until paid in full.
We offer custom quotes- some clients book us for 1 hour elopements, and some book us for 12 hours of coverage- and everything in between!
We have done hundreds of weddings in several states/countries since 2010.
We only respond via EMAIL. Please do not message us on social media sites. Those messages can be deleted and can disappear and are NOT a reliable way to do business.
We take a limited number of weddings each month- so book early!!
We have teams in California, Colorado, Georgia & Florida, but we travel all over!
