Erica & Simon | Atlanta Carl House Wedding

Nestled in the heart of Atlanta, the Carl House provided the picturesque backdrop for Erica and Simon’s enchanting wedding day. From the outdoor ceremony to the intimate reception filled with cultural touches, every moment was a testament to their love and commitment to each other. As their photographer, I had the privilege of capturing the beauty and joy of their special day.

Before the ceremony commenced, Erica and Simon shared a tender first look under the charming gazebo at the Carl House. Surrounded by blooming flowers and the gentle rustle of leaves, the couple’s anticipation reached its peak as they laid eyes on each other for the first time that day. It was a moment filled with emotion and intimacy, as they exchanged smiles, whispered words of love, and embraced, savoring the quiet beauty of the moment before embarking on their journey down the aisle.

Adding an adorable and personal touch to the ceremony, Erica and Simon chose their two beloved Korean Jindo dogs as their ring bearers. With tails wagging and hearts full of love, these furry companions played a special role in their owners’ big day, bringing joy and laughter to all who attended.

Underneath the azure sky and surrounded by the lush greenery of the Carl House gardens, Erica and Simon exchanged vows in a heartfelt outdoor ceremony. The serene ambiance and natural beauty set the stage for a truly romantic union, as they declared their love in front of their closest family and friends.

For Erica and Simon, their reception was a time for connection and celebration in a more relaxed setting. Skipping the traditional dance floor, guests were encouraged to mingle and enjoy each other’s company, fostering an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie that perfectly complemented the intimate setting of the Carl House ballroom.

As the sun began to set and the reception kicked off in the ballroom, Erica and Simon surprised their guests by changing into traditional Korean attire. Dressed in stunning hanboks, they paid homage to their heritage and celebrated their cultural roots in a beautiful and meaningful way.

Throughout the evening, the air was filled with moments of joy, laughter, and heartfelt conversations. From heartfelt toasts to shared memories, every interaction was a testament to the love and support surrounding Erica and Simon as they embarked on this new chapter of their lives together.

As I reflect on Erica and Simon’s wedding day, I am reminded of the power of love to bring people together and create lasting memories. Their celebration was not just a wedding; it was a beautiful reflection of their unique journey and the bonds that unite us all.

Wishing Erica and Simon a lifetime filled with love, laughter, and countless happy memories as they embark on this new adventure together!

Leilani & Joshua | Atlanta Wimbish House Wedding

Leilani and Joshua’s love story unfolded against the stunning backdrop of downtown Atlanta, where the historic Wimbish House played host to their dream wedding. As their photographer, I had the pleasure of capturing every magical moment, from their heartwarming ceremony to the lively bubble exit that marked the beginning of their journey as a married couple.

The anticipation reached its peak as Leilani and Joshua shared a private first look at the bottom of the majestic staircase inside Wimbish House. The air was filled with excitement and emotion as they saw each other for the first time on this momentous day, setting the tone for the joyous celebration that awaited.

In a quiet and intimate moment, Leilani and Joshua chose to read their vows to each other in a private room. The exchange of heartfelt promises created a sacred bond that would carry them through a lifetime of love.

Tony, the couple’s fur baby, took center stage as the ring bearer. Dressed for the occasion, Tony added a touch of whimsy to the festivities as he joined Leilani and Joshua for their second first look of the day. The love and joy radiating from this trio created an unforgettable scene that perfectly encapsulated the essence of their union.

Leilani and Joshua’s color palette was a tribute to the rich hues of fall jewel tones. The warm and vibrant colors complemented the season and added a touch of sophistication to every detail, from the decor to the bridal party’s attire.

The iconic skyline of Atlanta served as a breathtaking canvas for Leilani and Joshua’s photoshoot. Against the backdrop of tall downtown buildings, their love radiated, creating timeless images that perfectly captured the essence of their special day.

Instead of the traditional rice or confetti, the couple opted for a whimsical bubble exit. As they walked hand in hand through a cascade of bubbles, the sheer joy on their faces reflected the happiness that surrounded them on this special day.

Leilani and Joshua discovered my photography through the recommendation of one of my past couples. It’s a testament to the power of love and connection – the ripple effect of capturing cherished moments that lead to new beginnings.

As I reflect on Leilani and Joshua’s wedding day, I am reminded of the beauty that unfolds when two souls unite. Their celebration was not just a wedding; it was a tapestry of love, laughter, and the promise of a lifetime together.

Wishing Leilani and Joshua a lifetime filled with as much joy as their wedding day!

Brie & Miguel | Universal Harry Potter World

As a huuuuuge Harry Potter fan myself (Ravenclaw here!),  you can imagine my excitement when Brie asked if she could do photos post wedding at Universal Studios instead of doing engagement photos. Of course I said yes! We went in December and while it was a little crowded, we always try to make it seem as though you have the park to yourself.

We started off at the signature Universal globe, took a ride on the Hogwarts Express, visited Knockturn Alley, and ended up at Hogwarts itself! While at Hogwarts, I said I wished they had some wands we could do photos with. Well much to our surprise, a very nice woman and young boy let us borrow theirs for a few minutes. I promised them their wands would be posted on my website and “famous”, so that last photo is dedicated to them and their kindness.

Check out a few of my favorites! Wanna book your own wizard session?? Email me!
